It is the end of the weekend. So, that means back to work tomorrow.

Having it rain on the weekend gives your home a nice cozy and peaceful feel. You just want to stay in and watch a movie. This photographer displays what rain can do to the once busy streets.

We at Beauty Revolution like to see furs, but our main goal is to recycle them. (Our first issue talks about it in more detail) Going to local vintage shops or thrift shops are great places to find wonderful pieces. The time is getting closer to start bundling up.

Eco-Friendly Fashion Show 10/10/09

EcoLavish Fashion Show is currently the only eco-friendly fashion show in the Seattle area. Surprising, huh? Now in its second year, they have returned yet again to present their audience with an unforgettable evening. The location will be fantastic, a once Rainer Brewery with dramatic floor to ceiling windows. This event will be a night to remember. BR Magazine will be there to cover the event. So, for those of you who are not in the Seattle area (not to worry), we will let you know the 411 on what happened.

Looking for a Job?

Could you handle traveling all around the world for your job? This is Keith Johnson job, a buyer for the upscale retailer Anthropologie. Tonight on the Sundance Channel, starts the series of, MAN SHOPS GLOBE. Cameras following Keith to unique treasure spots around the world to find the 'it' items to be displayed and sold at Anthropologie's around the world.

If you are unable to watch tonight's show, Downtown Seattle will be previewing his new television series with drinks and dishes tomorrow night from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., October 8th (You have to RSVP to ManShopsGlobeSeattle@laforce-stevens.com). What a lady

Beauty Revolution has been on a roll!

Having finished up a photo shoot yesterday with Liliane Montevecchi (Latest movie was, How to lose a guy in 10 days, but she is constantly doing shows) and it going marvelous, I cannot wait until the next event. I just have to say being in the same room with this lady makes you think about your own life and what it could be. She was quite the lady. Her hollywood stories, the under the breath singing, and the way she switched characters for every shot was amazing to watch and we felt very fortunate to be apart of her day. Pictures of the shoot will be up and posted soon.

Vogue was there to start the first night off about a week ago, followed by amazing different events and shows that were held throughout the week. TERRAIN at home

Urban Outfitters, Inc. has its 4th brand. Terrain, is the 4th family member of Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, and now Terrain. Terrain opened just last month. Its only retail location right now is in Concordville, PA. Knowing the company, this store (like the others) will embrace the 'unimagined experience' when walking in the store. It even has a cafe! Luckily, if you are not near the new store, Terrain just opened their online website just last week. Go take a look.

Bellevue, WA Fashion Week '09

Bellevue Fashion Week is already here and starts tonight! Fashion Week runs through October 4th. There are many well-known designers showing off their fall collections throughout the week, including Vogue's “Front Row Fashion Runway Show” produced by Vogue Magazine using fashion from The Bellevue Collection. The Director of Merchandising for Vogue will be there with you at the event to share what you need for fall. To view more and which event you want to attend. We have a link below.
